1. How many days in advance do you need notice for us to hire linen?
Minimum Two Business days.
2. How long can we keep the linen for?
Maximum 7days. Contact us if you need to stay longer.
3. How much are your linen packs?

4. Do you Launder customer owned Goods?
We don’t do personal clothing. However, we do thermally disinfect Doonas as long as they are machine washable and dryable.
5. Do you deliver to our address?
Yes. We do within our delivery areas.
Our standard delivery runs are:-
Phillip Island – Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays
Inverloch – Monday and Thursday
Normally orders are ready for delivery within 2 business days.
If you have special needs you can use the checkout form on the online ordering system.
Delivery to Real Estate Agents
If you booked your rental through a Real Estate Agent we can deliver your laundry directly to that Real Estate Agent so that you can pick it up at the same time you pick up your key. We still require 2 business days notice for delivery.

6. Can we pick up from the factory?
Yes, you can pick up during our opening hours between 9am to 2pm from Monday to Friday.
It normally takes 2 business days from placing an order to the order being ready for pick up.
